1. CR rubber sponge: Chloroprene Rubber (Neoprene)
The CR rubber sponge is made of foamed rubber with closed cell structures. It is soft, waterproof, and provides a good hermetic seal. It has excellent adhesive force, heat preservation, high strength, and resistance to seawater, chemicals, and fire. This makes it an ideal material for laminated products used in diving and surfing suits, water sports, fishing boots, computer bags, and advanced medical protection equipment.
2. CR/SBR rubber sponge: This series combines SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and CR to produce various grades of products suitable for a wide range of applications.
Our CR/SBR Rubber Sponge has an excellent cell structure that provides properties of shock absorption and heat preservation. The WS-2 series offers different hardness options, categorized as WS-2, WS-2S, and WS-2H. None of these grades contain NR components. Laminated products made with CR/SBR rubber sponge and various fabrics are suitable for shoes, fishing boots, horse blankets, medical care, and sport protection accessories.
Laminates & Fabric: Our neoprene stock includes a variety of fabrics such as Nylon, Polyester, Lycra, Medical Plush, Terry, Fleece, Super stretch, Spandex, UBL (V-Loop), and Printed Patterns.
Thickness & Colors: We offer neoprene in various thicknesses and colors, ranging from 1mm to 10mm. We can also slice the neoprene based on customer's request.
Surfaces: In addition to the standard surface, we provide options like sharkskin/embossed and smooth skin to meet different preferences.
Perforated: We offer perforated neoprene, which can be done before or after lamination. Perforated neoprene is ideal for applications that require breathable material, such as medical braces. We have various perforated models available to meet customer's needs.
