The CR rubber sponge is made of foamed rubber with closed cell structures. It is soft, waterproof, and provides a good hermetic seal. It has strong adhesive force, heat preservation, high strength, and resistance to seawater, chemicals, and fire. This makes it an ideal material for various applications such as diving and surfing suits, water sports equipment, fishing boots, computer bags, and advanced medical protection equipment.
The CR/SBR rubber sponge is a combination of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) and Chloroprene Rubber (CR). It offers excellent shock absorption and heat preservation properties. The WS-2 series is available in different hardness grades (WS-2, WS-2S, and WS-2H) and does not contain any natural rubber components. It is commonly used in laminated products for shoes, fishing boots, horse blankets, medical care accessories, and sport protection equipment.
We offer a wide range of laminates and fabrics including Nylon, Polyester, Lycra, Medical Plush, Terry, Fleece, Super stretch, Spandex, UBL (V-Loop), and Printed Patterns.
Our neoprene stock comes in various thicknesses and colors. The thickness ranges from 1mm to 10mm, and we can also slice it based on customer's request.
In addition to the standard surface, we provide different surface options such as sharkskin/embossed and smooth skin.
We offer perforated neoprene that can be either perforated before lamination or perforated after lamination. Perforated neoprene is ideal for applications that require breathability, such as medical braces. We have various perforated models to meet customer's needs.
